2011 Senior Spokes Model Application

The 2012 Spokes Model castings fro Matt Durst Photography have begun! We are currently seeking students from Greater Louisville high schools to act as representatives of our studio. Throughout 2011, your images will be used on marketing materials, website, blog, signs, facebook, and displays and anywhere else we think you might look great.

Who Can Apply?

If you are currently a junior in the class of 2012, we want you! All you have to do as a model is tell your friends about us and recommend that they come to our studio for their senior session. You don’t have to be a super model……just be fun, outgoing, and excited about our studio, your senior pictures, and your friend’s senior pictures. We will only be hiring 1-2 Spokes Models from each school so get your application in now! If you are reading this and you know someone who would make a great representative, make sure you send them here to fill out the application.

Sweet, I’m Interested! How Do I Apply?

It’s simple, just complete our online application found at the bottom of this page. We will evaluate all applications to see if you are a good fit. Selected models will be notified by phone or email with more information.

Deadline for applications is March 31, 2011.

If I Am Hired As One of Your Models, When Do We Have Our First Shoot?

If selected, we will have a full session with you in April and May of 2011. You must be able to commit to shooting the full session in order to participate.

Which High School Will You Be Considering Spokes Models From?

We will select 1-2 Spokes Models from most Greater Louisville high schools. If you do not see your school listed here, you can still fee free to apply! What Do I Get In Return For Being A Spokes Model?

All of our models receive TWO complimentary session fees. The first is a full session we mentioned above and the second is a mini-session in summer when the weather is nicer for those beautiful outdoor pictures. That works out to a savings of $225 in session fees for your parents right there! You will receive your free web profile images (e.g. Facebook, MySpace) via Facebook with our logo intact, please do not remove this or crop it out. From the full session we will create rep cards, mini versions of model comp cards (see samples below) for you to pass out among your friends and classmates who might be interest is booking their senior session with us. You will also receive a mini leather album with your favorite pictures and a proof book of all your images to show off to your friends and classmates. When your referrals call us and book their session, you will start becoming eligible for print discounts and major incentive items. Earn up to $1,000 cash and incentive items, plus discounted prints, and free print items just for talking us up!

What Terms and Conditions Do I Need to Know if I am Chosen as a Model?

It does not cost anything to be a senior model. In the end all you pay for is prints.

Required to hand out your 50 rep cards only to potential clients interested in booking sessions. If you need more cards, we will happily supply them to you.

You must use one of your images we take as your profile picture on Facebook, MySpace, or other social networking sites until November 2011.

You will be representing our studio so we ask that you actively promote Matt Durst Photography throughout the year. We rely on your support and active Spokes Models will be rewarded!

You must schedule your additional mini-session before July 31st 2011

At times throughout the year we get creative ideas and our Spokes Models are who we call on to help test them out! Your participation is not required, but greatly appreciated.

Both you and your parents must read and sign a contract with our studio if you are selected.

You will represent my studio and my studio alone.
